CFHT works with Step with Hope, a Ukrainian non-profit supporting internally displaced persons. CFHT’s custom ticketing platform, including the ‘Telegram for Humanity’ Bot, automates aid requests and increases the organization’s efficiency, replacing Step with Hope’s manual, telephone-based operations center.
